Advice for the social domain
Anyone who can work, but cannot manage this independently without support, falls under the Participation Act. This law, which has replaced the Wwb, WSW and part of the Wajong since 2015, is designed to enable as many people as possible to actively participate in the labor market.
It also gives people with disabilities a better chance of finding suitable work, with the right guidance and support towards paid work.
Practical translation into work opportunities
In cooperation with our sister organization Puls, we gladly provide the employer and the (former) employee with advice for the Social Domain. An employment expert from Puls translates the limitations of the welfare recipient into practical possibilities in work. What is possible? And how can these possibilities be reached?
Clear reporting for employers
Based on an interview and analysis of the situation, the employer receives a report from the employment expert expert with clear conclusions and concrete advice. This report states which employment opportunities are still available and via which route they can be utilized.
The report can help you as an employer to get the employee back to paid work.
