De Arbodienst supports your organization in creating a healthy organizational culture, preventing absenteeism as much as possible. We believe that work is healthy and contributes to the recovery and vitality of your employees. Once absenteeism occurs, several causes are possible. We see in conversations with employees that there is often a non-medical cause behind an absenteeism report, but that it can be found, for example, in the private sphere, a disturbed working relationship or the atmosphere at work. De Arbodienst supports the supervisor and the employee to find the correct cause and solution, so that your employee can quickly return to work.
An absenteeism report, now what?
When a sick leave report is filed, it is important that a number of steps are completed so that De Arbodienst can get to work for you.
- 1Go to the customer-specific URL shared with you in the welcome email and log in with your username and password.
- 2Submit the absence report using the "add file" button.
- 3The Labor and Health Advisor automatically receives notification and contacts the employee.
- 4You will receive a notification once the employee has been contacted.
- 5Keep your Labor and Health Advisor up-to-date by posting notes or call reports in paraDIGMA Online.
- 6Remember to report the employee reinstated in paraDIGMA Online as soon as the absenteeism no longer applies.
How does paraDIGMA Online work?
paraDIGMA Online is the secure absenteeism - and communication system of De Arbodienst ; that is part of paraDIGMA groep . Through this system, the security of all (personal) data of your employees is guaranteed. The contact regarding absenteeism and recovery therefore always takes place via paraDIGMA Online. Via paraDIGMA Online, you can easily and clearly view all files, and absenteeism - and submit corrective reports. Your advisor automatically receives a message when you submit a report and can get to work on it.
Privacy and security
In order to properly support you and the organization you work for, employees of De Arbodienst need employee data. These data are, of course, of a confidential nature. Therefore, De Arbodienst strictly ensures that we protect your data and that only authorized persons can view your data. By using paraDIGMA Online, the data are optimally secured.
This is how we work
At De Arbodienst , we don't speak of sick leave but of absenteeism. Why? Because we find that for about 80% of absenteeism, the absenteeism has no medical cause. The employability team of De Arbodienst supports employers and its employees in the daily process of absenteeism management but also in the prevention of absenteeism within the organization.

From De Arbodienst you will have your personal point of contact; the Labor and Health Advisor. This is the first point of contact for both the employer and the employee and supports reintegration during the absence process. The advisor joins absenteeism meetings that managers have with employees for support and advice. The advisor is part of an employability team, and can switch quickly within the team where necessary so that the right (medical) professionals can be involved where needed.
