paraDIGMA Online 2.0 is the updated absence registration and communication system of De Arbodienst ; part of paraDIGMA groep The revamped absence management system was created for and by users, and meets the highest standards in terms of security and performance. Through the absence management system, the security of all (personal) data of your employees is guaranteed. Contact regarding absenteeism and recovery therefore takes place via paraDIGMA Online 2.0

Through paraDIGMA Online 2.0, you can easily and conveniently view all records, and make absenteeism and recovery notifications. Your Labor and Health Advisor is automatically notified when you make a report and can get started with it.

Privacy and security

In order to provide you and the organization you work for with the best possible support, De Arbodienst employees need employee data. This data is, of course, confidential. De Arbodienst therefore strictly ensures that your data is protected and that only authorized persons can access it. The starting point for the development of the updated paraDIGMA Online was, first and foremost, security and privacy protection. By using paraDIGMA Online 2.0, the data is optimally secured.

For additional support, there are also instructional videos of paraDIGMA Online 2.0. Because paraDIGMA Online has been renewed, improvements are still being made daily. The new system meets the highest standards in terms of security, performance, and SIEM (Security Information and Event Management). For example, there is a separate database for each customer environment to keep data strictly separate. An important similarity is that both paraDIGMA Online 1.0 and the new version 2.0 integrate seamlessly with Newdays connect, the integration hub for data exchange. Security is the top priority in all phases of the system's development. The starting point for the development of the updated paraDIGMA Online has been security and privacy assurance. This means encryption of all data, completely separate databases for each customer, and logging of all components and fields. This is continuously developed and refined, ensuring optimal availability, integrity, and confidentiality.

paraDIGMA Online 2.0 was developed for and by users in the field. paraDIGMA Online 2.0 is faster, more user-friendly, and meets the highest standards in terms of security and performance. Important improvements include:

  • Connecting to external systems is easier thanks to a new data foundation. See also the technical information for more details.
  • All overview pages can be flexibly configured to suit each user's preferences
  • There are additional filter options to retrieve the correct data.
  • The contact details of the file managers (supervisor, HR and the Labor and Health Advisor by De Arbodienst are clearly displayed on one page.
  • All unread notes, messages, and attached documents are displayed in a single view via the notification bell.
  • The frequency of signal emails has been adjusted; users now receive one email per day containing an overview of outstanding tasks, unread notes, messages, and added documents.
  • Faster loading and processing time
  • A digital manual is available from the system, under the "Learn More" button.
  • There is a distinction between making a note and posting a message;
    • Note – this is always for the purpose of building the file and is accessible to the employer, employee and De Arbodienst
    • Message – this is a chat function for coordinating procedural matters between the employer and De Arbodienst
That's newdays verzuim. The optimal absence management system was developed in collaboration with a working group of more than 35 experts from the field. paraDIGMA Online 2.0 was built for and by users.

Interface

Migration is only possible if there is a link to our newdays connect platform. If the link has been established via Visma Verzuim, it must first be converted.
The costs for the new link will be borne by paraDIGMA groep, provided that the link remains the same in terms of flows. If there is a desire to expand the flows or modify the dataset, a custom quote will be prepared.

Yes, a link can always be realized later. The implementation team will then coordinate this project with your organization.

Migration

The migration is being carried out by sister label Humaris, part of paraDIGMA groep , in collaboration with our supplier Newdays absenteeism The goal of Humaris is to ensure a discreet transfer of personal data from an employer to the labels of paraDIGMA groep , under which De Arbodienst Would you like to know more about Humaris? All historical and current data will be securely transferred to paraDIGMA Online 2.0 via a migration process. This includes organizational, employee, absenteeism, and user data used for absenteeism management within your organization.
No, the costs for performing the migration will be borne by paraDIGMA groep.
You can continue working in the current system until the migration date. This will be followed by a so-called ‘Freeze’. This means that you will temporarily have no access to the system so that we can transfer your data properly and securely. This will take approximately five working days. During this period, the Labor and Health Advisor will be available to answer questions and/or requests by telephone and/or email. On the go-live date, your users will receive access to paraDIGMA Online 2.0.
Approximately 3 to 5 months in advance, your organization will be informed about the migration planning by email and via your relationship manager. At the bottom of this page, you will find the latest information, updates on the latest changes, and formats you can use to inform your employees.
At the bottom of this page, you will find information, the schedule, and multiple communication formats. Your organization can use these to share with your users and employees.
Yes, all information from the files known to De Arbodienst will be transferred to the new employee portal. Please note: every employee (including those who are not absent) will receive a welcome email for the employee portal as soon as a private email address has been entered/provided by your organization. No, that is not necessary. You have already entered into a processing agreement for the non-medical services that De Arbodienst provides to you as a customer. These are usually the services provided by the Labor and Health Advisor. This processing agreement remains in force, even now that we are going to use the new application. The supplier of the new application, Newdays Solutions B.V., is a new sub-processor. The agreements we have laid down in the processing agreement also apply to Newdays.

There is a difference between the administrative data of the reintegration file and the medical file.

  • Administrative data is kept for up to 2 years after the employee leaves the company.
  • The reintegration file is kept for up to two years after notification of full recovery.
  • Medical file; this depends on the case. This is kept for at least 15 years.

We naturally handle your employees' personal data with the utmost care. We process a lot of personal information about employees in the application. Not only is the application well secured, we also ensure that only those persons who need access to the files have access to them. We only share personal data with other parties if this is required by law, if we are permitted to do so under the agreement we have concluded with you as a customer, and/or if your employee has given their consent. In addition, we do not store personal data for longer than we are required to do so by law or for as long as necessary. System for managers, HR, support

The user will receive a welcome email at their business email address. If the employer uses Single Sign On, nothing will change with regard to logging in.
The welcome email contains a link to paraDIGMA Online 2.0, which the user can use to activate their account. If the employer uses Single Sign On, nothing will change with regard to logging in.
In most cases, the username (business email address) will remain the same. The password must be reset.
On the login page, click on 'Forgot your password' to set a new password.

Employee system

You will receive a welcome email at your private email address, provided that this email address has been entered/submitted in the system by your employer.
In most cases, your username (the private email address) will remain the same. However, you will need to reset your password.
