Track 3 guidance

When an employee still cannot return to his or her own work or to a suitable position within the organization after two years of illness, the third step comes into play. In this phase we map out what an employee can do, because 'doing nothing' is not an option.

Customized guidance within Track 3 reintegration

Guiding an employee through the track 3 reintegration process requires customization. We examine what forms of work are possible, such as secondment or loan constructions. At the same time we examine the financial picture. As an employer, you remain responsible for the continued payment of wages and a possible WGA benefit for up to twelve years, even after two years of illness.
