Track 3 guidance
If, after two years absenteeism , an employee is absenteeism unable to return to their own job or a suitable position within the organization, the Track 3 program comes into play. In this phase, we identify what an employee is capable of doing, because "doing nothing" is not an option.
Customized guidance within Track 3 reintegration
Guiding an employee through a track 3 reintegration program requires a customized approach. In collaboration with our sister organization Puls, we investigate which types of work are possible, such as secondment or temporary employment arrangements. At the same time, we take a close look at the financial picture. After all, even after two years of illness, you as an employer remain responsible for continued payment of wages and any WGA benefits for up to twelve years.
We support you in making clear agreements with other organizations to mitigate risks and seize real opportunities.
