Upon a new sick call, our Labor and Health Advisor will contact the employee within 3 days.

You can view absence reports, provided you are authorized to do so. As an advisor, you get access to the absence system and can view your client's reports in real time.

We offer support in both preparing and updating the Risk inventory and evaluation (RI&E).. In addition, we like to think along with you about sustainable employability with practical solutions, such as vitality programs, preventive interventions and strategic advice. As part of paraDIGMA groep we can also perform a full scan on sustainable employability: the 'FIT strategy'.

Only the company doctor will see your medical information. Any specialists may only view this information with your consent. Your employer will only receive functional information, such as: “can sit for 4 hours.”
