Yes, De Arbodienst is a certified health and safety service with national coverage. Here is a list of our consultation locations.
There is no minimum number of employees an organization must have. Every organization with staff is required to take an RI&E as part of its occupational health and safety policy. There are two exceptions:
- If all employees combined work less than 40 hours together.
- The organization has fewer than 25 employees and uses an industry RI&E recognized by the RI&E Support Center or uses an industry RI&E included in the collective bargaining agreement.

The Gatekeeper Improvement Act is a law that came into effect on April 1, 2002 to combat long-term absenteeism . The law states that an employer and employee must work together with a certified occupational health and safety service or company doctor on a quick but responsible reintegration of an employee if the employee is absent. As an employer, you are expected to play an active role in reintegration.
