Employability training
This training is characterized by a very high (inter)active character. After a short theoretical explanation of each topic, there will be extensive practice throughout.
The use of an experienced role-playing actress is of great added value. This creates conversations in which the course is not predetermined. We connect to the objectives of the organization and zoom in on the optimal balance between ownership, coaching leadership and facilitation.
How the interlocutor (actor) responds is primarily determined by how the executive enters and engages the conversation himself.
Two trainers may be present throughout the training. You can also choose to take the training with one trainer. The training can be done in two days, but you can also choose a one-day training.
Obviously, with one trainer or one-day training, the content and extensive practice can be less in-depth; thus, depending on the training you choose, the content below will be covered to a greater or lesser extent during the training.
