How Reflact© works in practice
The tool starts with a brief 12- to 15-minute online measurement in which participants make choices based on personal preferences.
The results provide a clear picture of a person's natural motivation and behavioral patterns. In a feedback session with a certified coach, these insights are translated into practical tools for personal growth and job satisfaction.
Widely applicable, directly applicable
Reflact© is widely applicable: for individual coaching, team development, career orientation and burnout prevention. Young people and starters can also benefit greatly from the insights from this tool.
Organizations that wish to use Reflact© on a structural basis can follow a practical training course through our sister organization OffCourse. After certification, you can apply Reflact© independently within coaching programs or internal development programs.
