This is how ReflACT works in practice
The tool starts with a brief 12- to 15-minute online measurement in which participants make choices based on personal preferences.
The results provide a clear picture of a person's natural motivation and behavioral patterns. In a feedback session with a certified coach, these insights are translated into practical tools for personal growth and job satisfaction.
Widely applicable, directly applicable
Reflact© is widely applicable: for individual coaching, team development, career orientation and burnout prevention. Young people and starters can also benefit greatly from the insights from this tool.
Organizations wishing to use ReflACT structurally can follow a practical training course through our sister organization HBM Center. After certification, you can apply ReflACT independently within coaching programs or internal development programs.
