Job coaching
Good guidance at work ensures that employees remain employable in the long term, both with their current employer and with future employers. Sometimes, that little bit of extra support is needed to help an employee reach their full potential. That is why we offer customized guidance programs, in which a consultant from our sister organization Puls observes the workplace, monitors daily performance, and provides support where necessary.
Personal and goal-oriented course
Job coaching begins with an intake interview. The consultant conducts an interview with both the employee and the employer. The consultant then draws up a support plan. The support process consists of coaching interviews with the employee, as well as support in the workplace.
The combination of a careful intake, clear but realistic goals, and personal attention, including in the workplace, ensures that job coaching is effective and that the employee feels heard and recognized.
Intensive counseling makes a difference
Job coaching focuses on strengthening the working relationship between employees, colleagues, and managers. Intensive guidance can make a real difference, especially for employees with functional limitations or those undergoing redeployment.
Through personal attention, self-confidence grows, energy is created and ownership and motivation increase.
