Meet your employability team
Your organization is not alone. De Arbodienst 's employability team supports both employers and employees in absenteeism management and preventing absenteeism. This multidisciplinary team consists of:

The Labor and Health Advisor (AAG).
The AAG is the first point of contact for both employer and employee. He/she guides the absence process, supports reintegration and ensures that all legal obligations (such as the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter) are met. The AAG joins conversations, asks the right questions and engages the appropriate medical professional if necessary.

The Practice Support Officer company doctor (POB).
The POB works under the responsibility of the company doctor. Through telephone triage, he/she collects medical information that is important for the reintegration process. This information is submitted to the company doctor doctor, who then prepares a recommendation for employee and employer.

The occupational health and safety nurse (AVK).
The AVK is a medical professional with a BIG registration and works under task delegation from the company doctor. Duties include holding consultations, preparing reintegration recommendations and preparing the problem analysis for the WIA application.

The Employment Equity Specialist (AVS).
The AVS is part of the medical line and performs physical consultations. They have an affinity for health and wellness and, like the POB, may extract medical information. The AVS works under the responsibility of the company doctor.

The (Company) doctor
The company doctor is ultimately responsible for the employee's socio-medical counseling. He/she determines which professional takes up which file. In complex situations or stagnation, the company doctor doctor actively takes over the file and can join consultation moments within your organization.
Task delegation and supervision
Within De Arbodienst , we work with task delegation and supervision. This means that some tasks are performed under the responsibility of the company doctor by other professionals from the employability team. Of course, always within the framework of the applicable laws and regulations.
