With clear communication, the right expertise at the right time and a result-oriented cooperation, we take steps towards sustainable employability.

A permanent Labor & Health Advisor (AAG): The AAG is the first point of contact for both employer and employee. He/she guides the absence process, supports reintegration and ensures that all legal obligations (such as the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter) are met. The AAG joins conversations, asks the right questions and, if necessary, engages the appropriate medical professional. The AAG is part of the multidisciplinary employability team.

Full support from our employability team: the employability team consists of a Labor & Health Advisor (AAG), Practice Support company doctor (POB), Occupational Health Nurse (AVK), Occupational Health Specialist (AVS) and (Company) physician. Through this multidisciplinary collaboration, we offer complete absenteeism management.

Short lines of communication with cooperation partners: close cooperation with the other labels within paraDIGMA groep gives you quick access to additional expertise, such as psychologists, vitality coaches, reintegration specialists and labor experts and more.
