Een vaste Adviseur Arbeid & Gezondheid (AAG)

De AAG is het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel werkgever als medewerker. Hij/zij begeleidt het verzuimproces, ondersteunt bij re-integratie en zorgt dat alle wettelijke verplichtingen (zoals de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter) worden nageleefd. De AAG sluit aan bij gesprekken, stelt de juiste vragen en schakelt indien nodig de juiste medische professional in. De AAG is deel van het multidisciplinaire inzetbaarheidsteam

Volledige begeleiding door ons inzetbaarheidsteam

Het inzetbaarheidsteam bestaat uit een Adviseur Arbeid & Gezondheid (AAG), Praktijkondersteuner Bedrijfsarts (POB), Arboverpleegkundige (AVK), Arbeidsvermogenspecialist (AVS) en (Bedrijfs)arts. Door deze multidisciplinaire samenwerking bieden we volledige verzuimbegeleiding.
