Preventive consultation

Would you like to request a preventive consultation? You can do so if you have not yet reported sick and have questions about your health or working conditions. A preventive consultation is intended to obtain advice in good time and prevent any complaints.

When is application possible?

You can schedule an appointment if you can answer "yes" to all of the following:

  • You have not yet reported sick
  • You have health questions or concerns about your working conditions

  • You are employed by an employer affiliated with De Arbodienst at the time of the appointment

Important to know

A preventive consultation is expressly not intended as a follow-up appointment or if you have already reported sick. In that case, your request will not be processed.

Before making an appointment, we advise you to first discuss this with your employer or your contact person at De Arbodienst, such as the Labor and Health Advisor.

What to expect.

The appointment will take place by telephone with a medical professional from De Arbodienst. During the conversation, you will receive personal advice about your situation. This advice is not binding and will not automatically be shared with your employer or third parties. It is up to you to decide whether you want to share the advice with others.
